FOR ONLINE CLASSES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience in our online class. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at vinitapappas@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund. Upon receiving your request, we will process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note the following conditions for refunds:

  • Requests for returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • The class must not have transpired beyond a 50% percentage to be eligible for a refund. For example, if the class is scheduled for two weeks, request for refunds must be made within the first week of class.
  • Any materials or resources provided as part of the class must be returned in their original condition, if applicable.
  • Please be aware that refunds may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues or disruptions to our online platform that impede your ability to access the class content or participate in live sessions, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the class at all times. We recommend that you ensure a stable internet connection and use compatible devices to minimize the risk of technical issues.

Class Postponement: In case of unforeseen emergencies or circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or personal emergencies affecting the instructor, we may need to postpone scheduled class sessions or suspend class activities temporarily. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or through our online platform with information about rescheduled sessions or alternative arrangements.

Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate any disruptions or postponements, we cannot be held liable for any associated inconvenience or loss of class time. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such situations.
